provide the following information:

Indicate if it's an on-going or one-time event

• Category/Type (i.e., Cajun, Folk)
• Location Name
• Event Day(s) and Time
• Cost
• Event Sponsor or Organization
• Location Address and City
• Contact Name, Phone and/or e-mail
